Clever Exasperation: Rhys Rolls out the iBall
Henry’s been trying to hog the iPad from Rhys today. Since it’s a “snow day” (har) and Dave’s also off for Presidents’ Day, we’re doing a relaxed version of homeschool (CC was cancelled due to weather), which is to say, so far today we’ve done nothing.
Rhys had been screaming, begging, pitching fits for the iPad. Now he’s found a better tactic. He swaggered up to Henry and casually said, “I’m going to play the iBall.”
“You can’t play with your eyeball.”
“No. I’m going to play the iBall. Like the iPad. The iBall.”
“What is that?”
“I am not telling.”
“What is it?!”
“I’m going upstairs….”
“Dada, what is an iBall? When did we get an iBall?”
Dave can’t hear any of this because he’s in the bathroom, but it’s highly amusing.
Our clever Rhys.

Uh…wow. Coincidence?! Can he READ?? We could actually use one of those. That is WEIRD.
Oh goodness thats funny! BTW I discovered last week (and this may not be anything new or exciting for you and if so I apologze Im behind the game lol) there is a CC app on the iPad for cycle 3 memory work! It was like $6…or $6.99… something like that but it was far less then buying the flash cards! (of course I discover this AFTER I have already bought them but owell) anyways its cool, so I just wanted to share
)
I *think* I knew that but it’s one of those things that went in the brain and then promptly fell out – I’m going to check it out asap, thanks!!
